Export Your Data

Download a copy of all your data including chatbot configurations, conversations, and training materials before deletion.

Delete Your Data

Permanently remove your account and all associated data from our systems. This action cannot be reversed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information from our systems:

  • Your user account and profile information

  • All chatbot configurations and settings

  • Training data and uploaded content

  • Chat conversation history

  • Usage analytics and statistics

  • Billing information and payment history

  • Support tickets and communications

Data Retention Exceptions

Some data may be retained for legal or operational purposes:

  • Financial records required for tax compliance (7 years)

  • Security logs for fraud prevention (90 days)

  • Aggregated, anonymized analytics data

  • Data required for ongoing legal proceedings
